Check-in from 9:30am and
Check-Out until 9am. Early check
in or late check-out is strictly
subject to availability and may
charged by the hotel. Early
check-in or late check-out
request must be directed and
reconfirmed with hotel. |

Reservation of Bookings:
By depositing 1 day's room
tariff in the current a/c of Goa
Guest Ghar (3G) & payment of
balance amount after arrival.
2a) Extension of stay would be
provided on current room rates,
subject to availability.
2b)
For
booking of 3 or more Rooms:
You need to pay advance
50% of the booking amount as
advance. If you cancel 4 days
before check-in date you will
get refund of 100% of advance
amount and after that no refund
is applicable on the bookings.
2c) Sun Rise check-in:
Early check in before 6am 50%
charge for one day payable as
per room subject to availability
and 30% charge for one day
payable between 6am-9am subject
to availability.
2d) Late check-out:
Standard check out time is 9am.
Late check-out is subject to
availability and cannot be
confirmed in advance
Extra charges will apply as per
the below policy:
i) Between 9:30am-1pm=50%
charges payable as per room rate
of that day and after 1pm-full rate
as per room rate of the next
day.
2e) Visitors are not allowed in
the Guest Room however they can
meet at the reception or outside
the room passage.
2f) The Primary Guest must be at
least 18 years of age to be able
to check-in the Hotel. |

Cancellation:
Total amount shall be refunded
if you cancel booking 48 hours
before 9am of the check-in date
and 50% will be refunded if you
cancel 24 hours before 9am
check-in date and no refund will
be done if you cancel the
booking on the same day before
24 hours of 9am of check-in date
of arrival.
3a)
Mid stay cancellation:
In case you shorten your booking
post check-in date, you will be
charged for the next 24 hours/1
day after official cancellation,
money for the remaining nights
will be refunded. |

Children above 3feet will be
charged as per Government Rules. |

Pets are not allowed. |

Guest are required to provide a
photo identification upon
check-in. |

The rates shown in tariff card
is applicable throughout the
year except
Deepawali and Christmas Holidays
(Approx. 15 days in a year). |
